MCMC-USM IoT Big Data Maker Zone

MCMC-USM IoT Big Data Maker Zone is located at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) campus Gelugor, Penang. Since its establishment in 2017, MCMC and local champion USM has collaborated on many programmes to promote the adoption of Internet of Things, 4th Industrial Revolution (4IR) and maker initiatives.
The MCMC-USM IoT Big Data Maker Zone provides awareness and training platform for northern region as part of MCMC collaboration with IPTA and also for Pusat Internet. The lab has conducted one of the first IoT Training Certification in the country and 80 students from co-curriculum class.
Facilities available at IoT Big Data Maker Zone, USM are: IoT Research and development for Master and PhD students
